Corporate development team deals with the development of growth strategies and the end to end evaluation, execution and integration of new business and investment opportunities.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Conduct active research on attractive markets, due diligence and analysis on potential investment opportunities in line with KI’s focused growth areas.- Prepare rigorous financial models, investment papers and recommendations for investment approvals from management.- Actively monitor portfolio risk metrics by generating reports and building model scenarios.
