Keppel Capital leverage its extensive network and platform to create, operate and manage different asset classes, from energy and infrastructure to real estate and premium grade office buildings and townships. This role sits within the Keppel DC REIT Management, the Manager of Asia's first pure-play data centre REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange, investing in a diversified portfolio of incoming-producing real estate assets used primarily for data centre purposes, as well as real estate and assets that support the digital economy
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Assist the team in performing oversights in DC asset performance.- Conduct research and prepare materials in relation to asset management initiatives.- Able to conduct detailed cash flow modelling, financial analysis, due diligence as required.- Provide team support such as review of purchase order, review of insurance policies.
Learning Outcomes:
- Able to articulate asset management function.- Present a topic of interest related to data centres at the end of internship.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Ability to communicate effectively, manage and develop relationships at different levels in an organization.- Knowledge of SAP as a user will be an advantage.- Detail oriented and able to follow up in task assigned.- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
