As an Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our institutional RWA protocol. You will collaborate with a team of talented engineers and contribute to the design and development of our smart contract infrastructure. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our protocol.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts that enable secure and efficient transaction processing on the HELIX platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define smart contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Implement security best practices to mitigate potential vulnerabilities and ensure the integrity of the protocol.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in blockchain technology and smart contract development.
- Work closely with product management to prioritize and execute on product roadmap initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus and passion on smart contract development.
- Extensive experience with Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
- Solid knowledge of smart contract security best practices and experience in auditing smart contracts.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript or Python.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
