**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the preschool in accordance with ECDA regulations and organisational policies.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for curriculum development and pedagogical practices.
- Manage, mentor, and support the teaching and non-teaching team to ensure high performance and staff engagement.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor the learning environment to ensure health, safety, and developmental standards are met.
- Handle centre enrolment, budgeting, staff deployment, and operational matters.
- Lead centre events, professional development, and quality assurance reviews (e.g., SPARK Accreditation).
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold the preschool’s mission, vision, and values.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership**or equivalent.
- **ECDA-certified L2 with acceptable leadership qualification**.
- At least **3-5 years of relevant experience**, with strong leadership and management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ECDA licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and developing a positive school culture.
