Bright Sparks Childcare (City Campus) is looking for a driven and passionate Principal for its City Campus branch.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To effective lead, manage and deliver of quality curriculum and supervise the daily operations, human resource and management of the centre.
- To develop and review existing SOP to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- To plan, supervise and ensure delivery of the program in accordance with the SOP, policy & procedure, guidelines and framework of the Centre.
- Guide employees in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.
- To mentor and train centre teachers/ support staff to facilitate a collaborative environment for learning, teaching and evaluation.
- To QC each child’s progress and development.
- To rapport build with parents and communicate effectively with parents
- To regularly maintain of classroom decoration and displays.
- To upkeep teaching resources, classroom arrangement, and learning corner.
- To plan and implement of major events and celebrations

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
- Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
- Experience in SPARK assessment

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
