As the Junior Copywriter in the Regional Marketing CoE reporting to the Regional Copywriter, you’ll play a critical role in bringing to life the Ninja Van brand. To succeed, you are a creative thinker, storyteller, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able to work comfortably within a cross-disciplinary team.

**Responsibilites**:

- Coordinate and work with designers to develop and execute clever, engaging creative concepts against campaign briefs; successfully communicate creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them
- Support the team to help define and wield our brand voice across all touchpoints; help build on and adapt brand voice guidelines
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure that the work is cohesive and pushes the brand forward
- Support the team in conceptualisation and creation of copy for ad hoc campaigns

**Requirements**:

- 1-2+ years of experience as marketing/advertising copywriter, ideally in an in-house or agency setting (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences can be considered as well)
- Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese/Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
- All degrees & field are welcome as this role is about creative copywriting and not your professional study
- A portfolio that shows strong strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of deliverables
- Ability to partner closely with internal stakeholders, at the regional and local market levels to maintain consistency in all communications and collaterals produced for Ninja Van
- Resourcefulness and being able to work independently or on a team
- Able to fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to present and convince stakeholders in a compelling way
- Ability to come up with simple design mocks for concept discussion, particularly social posts, digital media and storyboards.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and literacy skills, including spelling and grammar, with an obsessive eye for detail.
- Impeccable writing craft and a flair for brevity
- A strong understanding of marketing and content channels and ability to adapt writing to fit the needs of the audience
- Well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
