We are seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding high end consumer behaviour and the ability to translate insights into effective marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and fostering long-term customer loyalty within the Singapore market and potentially beyond.

**_Resposibilities: _**
- **Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies**: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our overall business goals, including _brand building _, _product marketing, digital marketing _, and customer engagement initiatives.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth in the Singapore market.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**:Track and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs), providing regular reports on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Brand Management**: Maintain and enhance our _brand identity _and messaging across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand integrity within the Singaporean context.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with sales teams, design teams, project manager, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Vendor Management**:Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, contractor.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:Continuously monitor the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.
- **Manage physical campaign**:Manage **physical campaign**and **premium Brand**event and be part of the team to execute plan.
- **Customer service**:Supporting in customer service for existing customers and build new customer base.

**_Requirements: _**
- Diploma in Marketing, Business development or a related field.
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in _marketing roles _, with demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to details are both important keys to succeed in this role.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Able to work within opening hours (e.g. Evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Having driving License is a plus.
