To conceptualize, develop, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to support expansion and growth of the brand services and products, while working closely with the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing. Responsible for developing marketing strategy and consumer journeys to promote the brand, generate new leads and improve conversion.
Manage E-Commerce website and third-party e-tailers, while maintaining communications calendar and plan stock forecast for all brands
Develop an integrated E-Commerce Program with short/mid/long term strategic targets
Design social media strategy and build brands’ social media presence
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and digital touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
To conceptualise all in-house below-the-line communication materials to ensure consistency with the brand requirement
Identify and engage with external partners (including, but not limited to brands and media) to plan and execute joint promotions and meaningful collaborations
Source internal/external data for data analytics and drive the development of the Customer/Sales/Channel data analytic/report platform

**Requirements**:
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in ecommerce
Knowledge and/or experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and Search engine marketing (SEM)
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Shopify platforms
Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset with some experience using analytics tools to analyse data
Passion for all things marketing and technology
Able to work within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, InDesign will be an advantage
