A Tocco Toscano Creative Marketing Executive ideates and executes creative projects that deliver the intended marketing objectives, in various relevant forms, while working closely with the rest of the #ToscanoCrew.

You’re someone who gets excited about new trends, loves telling stories that connect, and knows how to keep things on-brand without losing the fun.

You’ll work closely with the content and product teams to make sure everything we put out looks good and gets results.

A Tocco Toscano Creative Marketing Executive is also a good communicator who enjoys connecting with people of all ages. We’re not your typical company—after all, this company is probably older than most of you reading this right now.

**This is an in-office position.**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyse campaign effectiveness using marketing metrics
- Conceptualise and produce various high quality digital and print collateral through graphic design, photography and simple videography in accordance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Ensure that content produced satisfies marketing objectives, and not purely creative ideals
- Organise all creative content churned out into easily accessible folders and files
- Adapt artworks into print-ready files with necessary details and instructions (posters, packaging etc)
- Liaise with external production companies such as printers
- Work effectively not only with the rest of the Creative team, but other departments of the company as well, to ensure smoothness in company operations
- Assist the company in non-creative and non-marketing related tasks as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- A strong eye for design and imagery, with a keen interest in fashion and arts
- Knowledge in using a professional camera and creating decent photographs with it
- Proficiency in the main Adobe apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and keeps up with new trending platforms
- Knowledge of relevant marketing metrics and analytical tools
- A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and digitally
- Adaptability
- Ability to manage own tasks and workload effectively
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
- Ability to handle criticisms constructively
- Work in office (WFH 1 day a week is possible when the nature of work allows)
- An understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify would be a bonus
- Passionate about Tocco Toscano and wants to be part of the #ToscanoCrew

Our office is located at Tampines, opposite Ikea.
You are expected to be equipped with your own computer for up to 1 month into the job.
5-day work week, 10am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays.
