Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Mission**
Provides impeccable and pleasant experience to all internal and external guests through positive interactions.
**Job Function & Skills**
1. Handle walk-ins and incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
2. Coordinate for online and offline corporate function and events.
3. Act as a liaison between customers and any department when necessary
4. Respond and assist to direct all enquiries to relevant business unit
5. Maintain record of all phone calls and walk-ins
6. Maintain an immaculate work environment
7. Collect (from letterbox) and distribute letter received to Business Unit
8. Maintain and review inventory of pantry supply and re-stock as necessary
9. Co-ordinate / liaise with vendor/supplier on the procurement and logistics of products / services including scheduling of office maintenance
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Business Unit Head (BUH)
**Job Prerequisites**
- Must have a service oriented mindset
- Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well versed in Microsoft office
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Prior work experience in similar position
