The Contractor shall ensure that the WSHO carry out periodic review of all safety related documents (such as risk assessments, safe working procedures, method statements, lifting plans, fall prevention plans and rescue plans, etc) as stipulated by the WSH Act. The WSHO shall also conduct relevant trainings for officers on site. The WSHO shall also review of all safety-related documents submitted by all contractors and conduct safety briefing to all contractors prior to carrying out any work/activities at TMTS/SL. The WSHO shall prepare any new risk assessments (RAs), plans or procedures for TMTS/SL in order to comply with the standing WSH Act and train all officers.
- The WSHO shall review all safety related documents submitted by all contractors to ensure compliance with WSH Act. The WSHO is also required to conduct safety briefings to all contractors prior to carrying out any work/activities at TMTS/SL.
- The WSHO maintain a systematic recording system such that all documentation pertaining to safety matters such as reports on inspection, audit and minutes of meeting, etc are properly recorded and filed.
- The WSHO carry out thorough site inspection on all work activities and equipment at TMTS/SL to ensure that they are strictly in compliance with the WSH Act.
- The WSHO shall carry out any work and assignments related to the WSH Act as directed by the S.O.

- Registered with the relevant authority and have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
