**Key responsibilities**:
Synthesis, preparation of biomaterials based on different formulations as well as optimization of the process

Characterization of biomaterials and device prototypes

Perform transdermal assays on ex vivo skin explants

Follow SOPs and comply with mandated health and safety, ethical and GLP protocols

Provide support for laboratory health and safety, instrument maintenance and calibration, and preparation and maintenance of common laboratory resources

Provide technical support to research programme team members, as necessary.

**Job requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Material Sciences, Bioengineering and other related discipline
