Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions across our organization. This role will serve as a technical and strategic advisor, ensuring that our Microsoft 365 environment aligns with business goals, enhances productivity, and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Suite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Azure / Entra dependencies and integrations.
- Lead the planning and execution of Microsoft 365 migrations, integrations, and deployments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
- Define governance, compliance, and security frameworks for Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT teams and support personnel.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a digital twin of the production environment, consisting of a M365 tenant, an Azure Tenant and all related and connected services to provide a controlled Design Validation Environment (DVE) for our team to use.
- Support incident resolution and performance tuning for Microsoft 365 services

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable industry experience.

Relevant Experience

10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, engineering, or consulting roles.

Professional Accreditations

M365 certifications such as MS-600, MS-700, MS-102, SC-300, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, are desirable.

Professional Knowledge/ Skills
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools is desirable.
- Comfortable with Large Scale and Tenant to Tenant migrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
