**Overview**:
International EPC company located in **Singapore** is seeking **Senior / Proposal Engineer x 2** on **permanent** position.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Development**: Lead the development of technically and commercially sound proposals in response to client inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and invitations to bid (ITBs).
- **Technical Analysis**: Conduct thorough technical analyses to understand project requirements, scope, and constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare accurate cost estimates, including material and labor costs, equipment pricing, subcontractor quotes, and overhead expenses. Ensure cost proposals are competitive while maintaining profitability.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with proposed projects, including technical, financial, and schedule risks. Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks effectively.
- **Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to clarify project specifications, address concerns, and negotiate terms. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue opportunities for new business development.
- **Proposal Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive proposal documents, including technical specifications, scope of work, project schedules, and commercial terms. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and submission deadlines.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in post-proposal reviews to analyze outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in proposal development within the EPC industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation techniques, project management principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office Suite, project management software, and ERP systems.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
