Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will process new insurance proposal according to the set guidelines and stipulated rules & regulations. You will also provide supervision and guidance to the team members. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Underwriting Administration & Operations Segment Head, New Business and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver works in accordance to the set service standard and quality.

**Job Description**:

- Supervise and set priorities for the team.
- Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues to provide expertise advice/coaching.
- To process new insurance proposal according to the set guidelines and stipulated rules & regulations and deliver works in accordance to the set service standard and quality
- Ability to appreviate risk management for underwriting role.
- Process a customer request end to end.
- Perform policy reviews, assess and make sound judgement.
- Face-Face Service interaction with the sales team at PruBusiness Centres on New Business matter.
- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on new business matters
- Administer projects, marketing initiatives and new product launches
- Be involved in adhoc projects

- Good understanding of insurance products
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in problem solving and decision making
- Possesses project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

Working Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience

Education
- Degree in Business Administration/Management
