**Position Title**: Provider Network Executive

**Job Purpose**: This position is responsible for the researching, collating and updating of providers’ tariff so as to maintain Cigna in network providers’ data accuracy in the new provider’s database.

**Reports to**: Provider Relations Manager

**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results**:
Providers’ Data Management and Administration
Reach out to in network providers to obtain the latest updated tariffs.
Validates providers’ tariff and agreed preferred rates, follow by uploading onto the new provider’s database.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders in APAC and other Region to ensure signed contracts and agreed preferred rates are uploaded in the new providers’ database accurately and timely.
Analyze the tariffs collated across different specialties and disciplines.
Cross check Cigna Portal to ensure in network providers’ database are accurate and correctly reflected.
Support other initiatives on the database migration to the new provider’s database.

**Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment**:
Liaising with internal stakeholders in different time zones
Understanding of the different processes and systems across the organization

**Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements**:
Diploma qualifications and above
3 or more years of working experience in health insurance / healthcare industry / TPA or brokers
Good knowledge of the Singapore Healthcare landscape

Sound co-ordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
