**What the role is**

Guide the team in the following areas:
a) To develop and execute plans on the use funding as a lever to support critical and needed social service programmes in alignment with NCSS Vision and meet the goals/KPIs of the NCSS and Service Planning and Funding Group.
b) To be accountable to funders through service standards, outcomes and impact reporting for funded programmes.

**What you will be working on**

Key Responsibilities and Activities
1. Fund Strategy and Management for Improved Outcomes and Impact
a) Conceptualise, develop and implement funding mechanisms jointly with Services and Outcomes & Standards teams as well as other Groups in NCSS to improve the SSAs’ mindset towards service quality and improving clients’ outcomes.
b) Oversee all funding matters from budgeting, utilisation to quarterly and annual reports and dashboards.
c) Conduct regular review of the funding operational policies to ensure the fund objectives and criteria are relevant.
d) Develop funding dashboards on the sector funding landscape and funded programmes for funding analysis and strategy development.
2. Ensure Accountability to Stakeholders
a) Conceptualise prioritisation and monitoring mechanism of fund portfolio.
b) Develop cost avoidance/benefit analysis to articulate value for money for programmes.
c) Responsible for funders’ impact reports.
3. Stakeholders’ Engagement
a) Engage internal and external stakeholders for partnerships & feedback.
4. Team Management
a) Coach, monitor, manage team to achieve the goals for the Group and NCSS.
5. Others
a) Secretariat support and any other duties as assigned

**Education**:
Degree holder of any related discipline
**Experience**:
At least 5 years work experience, preferably in the fields of financial/business management or any other relevant fields, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
