Order Processing Assistant

**ORDER PROCESSING ASSISTANT**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform day to day order processing into the ERP system.
- Monitor status of orders and liaise with respective parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend to customer order, logistics and shipping enquiries. Engage and resolve logístical and shipping issue in a proactively and timely manner.
- Liaise with overseas and local vendors, freight forwarders and transporters with respect to any order processing and shipping related matters.
- Comparing and deal with quotes from freight forwarders.
- Preparing freight quotation and sales quotations to customers.
- Supporting in accounting functions and related tasks. Such as, generating daily invoices.
- Additional tasks assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O, A Level Qualification or above.
- At least 1 year working experience in order processing/customer service/logistics.
- LC and incoterms knowledge is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Sage 300 Cloud, SAP, or any related ERP system will be an advantage
- Able to work Independently, possess initiative and motivated
**Work Information**
- Working hours: 9am - 6 pm (5 days week)
- Salary SGD 2,400/- to SGD 2,800/- (Salary will commensurate according to experience and qualification)
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Shipping documentation: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
