**Job Overview**:
Are you passionate about eCommerce and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We’re hiring an **eCommerce Senior Executive (Order Fulfilment)**to streamline order fulfilment across major platforms like Amazon and Target, and drive excellence in marketplace and vendor onboarding. You’ll manage 3PL logistics, optimize inventory, and analyze performance to uncover new opportunities. - **Order Fulfillment**: Process and fulfill orders from various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target) in accordance with SLA.
- **Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new marketplaces and vendors, ensuring smooth integration.
- **3PL Management**: Stay informed about 3PL (third-party logistics) storage and fulfilment fees, and keep up-to-date with the latest rates and services.
- **Removal and Disposal**: Manage the removal and disposal processes with eCommerce platforms and 3PL providers efficiently.
- **Reimbursements Monitoring**: Track and manage reimbursements across eCommerce platforms through our third-party service provider and provide detailed monthly reports.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels to prevent issues such as aging and overstock, and analyze data to suggest actionable solutions.
- **B2B Purchase Orders**: Ensure timely processing of purchase orders from B2B retailers.
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to eCommerce listings, fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and system integration.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor marketplace performance, conduct regular reporting, and perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or supply chain management.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or Shopify.
- Experience in return management or reverse logistics processes.
- Excellent data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify problems from data and provide solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic eCommerce landscape.
- Familiarity with using Amazon's backend platform is a plus.
- Ability to start work immediately is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
