This position is responsible for the marketing and leasing of offices, F&B and retail outlets, Childcare Centre, Medical Centre, among others on the NTU main campus, preparing of lease agreements, license and service agreements and finding the right tenants for units available for lease. The Senior Executive, Leasing will engage actively with other Offices in NTU as well as student bodies in meeting the needs of the NTU community.

The key roles and responsibilities are:
- Performing lease management and administration, including new and existing leases for renewal.- Managing payment matters between tenants and NTU.- Conducting weekly site inspections of leased premises, to ensure that tenants adhere to lease terms and conditions.- Identifying suitable potential tenants, reaching out to them to understand their space requirements and marketing suitable units to them.- Participating in trade-mix planning for NTU campus and conducting site visits for interested tenants.-
- Conducting market research/studies as assigned.

Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Building or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leasing of retail and commercial properties. Diploma holders with extensive years of relevant experience may be considered.- Ability to read technical drawings and floor plans at the level expected of one in a leasing role.- Have some facility maintenance or engineering knowledge to manage the assigned properties effectively.- Good knowledge of tenancy agreement process and meticulousness in preparing documents.- Creative and enjoy working around rental structures and reviewing key numbers on standard sheets.- Understand tenancy related processes and legal terms related to lease / license agreements.- Approachable, enjoy conversations in lease negotiation with operators with good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Logical thinking skills to find suitable solutions or recommend appropriate course of action.- A deep understanding and appreciation of customers’ needs and experience.- Enjoy working collaboratively as a team or cross functional interaction within NTU.- Enjoy moving around the campus to understand issues and challenges faced by tenants and stakeholders on the ground.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Words and PowerPoint presentation.
