- To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in the supervision of the project.
- Conducts inspections and carry out project supervisions
- Co-ordinates with contractors and subcontractors on the execution of inspections on site
- Supervises and verifies contractors’ work and progress claims.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in warehouse project
- Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) as Resident Technical Officer.
- Besides primary role of supervising civil and structural works, ability to supervise architectural works as well.
- Possesses good written and communication skills and is able to work independently and in a team
