**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with new products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Willing to learn and customer-oriented
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash
- Min 1 year of working experience in retails sales
- Able to commit retail hours; incl. weekends and public holidays
- No Visa Support

**Work schedule**

6 days’ work week, including weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,300.00 per month
