We are currently looking for a female assistant that can work from Thursday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm only.

**Position Overview**:
As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. This position offers not only a competitive base salary but also an exciting sales commission structure, allowing you to directly impact your earnings based on your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering personalised styling advice and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and understanding customer needs.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions to provide an informed shopping experience for customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Opening and closing of the shop

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
- Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Able to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
