We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Head Chef** to lead our **central kitchen operations** as we scale to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the **central kitchen**
- Manage and mentor a team of **3-4 cooks**
- Ensure **rempah and proteins** are prepped to the highest quality and consistency
- Maintain strict **quality control**, **food safety**, and **hygiene standards**
- Create and enforce **safe working environments** for kitchen staff
- Work closely with founders and operations team to develop and scale kitchen SOPs

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **Malay cooking** is a strong plus
- Proven experience **managing a kitchen team** (3-4 pax)
- Prior experience in a **fine dining** or high-standard kitchen is a bonus
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Committed to upholding high kitchen standards
