Singapore Hire Dynamics Full time

Our client is a start up F&B company. They are looking for a hands on leader to do spear head their marketing initiatives. Someone with at least 5 years F&B and also people manager experience. Ecommerce and Digital Marketing skills are highly valued.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Develop brand growth strategies with the executive team

Branding / Marketing:
Formulate branding, positioning and pricing strategies

Enhance product positioning, competitive analysis and promotions for existing in-house brands and products

Drive content development for both online and offline media
Analyse current market trends in food industries and disruptive concepts to continually improve business model and product offerings

Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels an

Marketing efforts

Spearhead online revenue growth
Drive performance marketing strategies to increase customer users, conversion, basket size

Formulate strategies to establish consumer loyalty and “stickiness”

Monitor key metrics such as daily and monthly active user growth and conversion

Partnerships / B2B - Drive collaborative partnerships with marketing partners to increase network effect and revenue growth.
Lead generation to acquire new corporate customers

Collaborate internally working across every team to ensure we are putting the right resources at the right time

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or Masters in Business or relevant field
- Proven success scaling high-growth company or business unit
- Expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing and branding
- Deep knowledge in utilizing and optimizing social media
- Relevant experience in similar industries preferred
- At least 5+ years of proven experience leading digital business growth (ideally in a start-up environment)
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to execute and motivate a team around growth and revenue
- Exceptional communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,514.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
