**NLCS (Singapore) **is looking for an enthusiastic, highly qualified and committed **Junior School Office Staff **, with an outstanding track record. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new school, drawing on the significant educational expertise and resources of NLCS International.

Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the VP (Head of Junior School), DH (Head of First School) and DH (Curriculum) including booking appointments with parents
- Providing the first point of contact for day-to-day communication from parents of Junior School students
- Managing Junior School student absence & lateness procedures, including follow-up with parents
- Ensuring that hard copy registers for all Junior School classes are produced each morning for use in the event of an evacuation
- Managing mass communication with Junior School parents
- Providing the communication link between Junior School academic staff and the operations department (catering, security, facilities etc)
Providing administrative support for:
- Junior School ticketed events
- Junior School sports events & fixtures
- Junior School parent consultations, information days and other parent engagement events
- Junior School staff meetings & staff briefing
- Subject specialist teaching staff cover
- Junior School procurement
- Junior School trips and visits (booking tickets, arranging transport, etc)
- Weekday co-curricular activities (CCAs)
- Maintaining Junior School student records/files
- Managing the first school reception area, as an internal reception function
**Safeguarding**:
- Abiding by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes
**Qualifications/Skills**
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a school or other education environment
- A Cover Letter, stating your suitability for the role
- A copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
