**About The Job**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Major Duties & Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain an effective and efficient system for the planning of all administrative operations
- To structure and maintain the department so as to facilitate effective performance by department staff through optimum delegation and clearly established individual responsibilities and objectives.
- To influence department staff to perform their work effectively towards meeting the established objectives.
- To assess and monitor work in progress and assess work performance of staff towards the achievement of objectives
2. Applications, Admissions and Credit Exemption
- To manage the acceptance of offer process for all selected applicants.
- To manage the course fee payment of new students.
- To prepare management reports on new student admissions data and analysis on admission trends for management and external stakeholders (e.g., MOE).
- To manage credit exemption process including appeals.
3. Website and System Projects
- To ensure accurate and up-to-date information (relating to undergraduate admissions) on the website.
- To manage system enhancements and projects and follow up with CITS and relevant stakeholders on system projects.
4. General (10%)
- To participate and assist in University-wide activities as specified in the respective action plans and/or duty rosters, e.g., examination invigilation, orientation, convocation, etc.
- To assist with any other tasks and duties as necessary and/or assigned (e.g., ad-hoc projects, minutes taking, etc.).
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree with at least with 5-10 years of relevant working experience, of which 3 years at managerial level.
- Preferably business oriented with strong administrative and customer service focus.
- PC literate, with Microsoft Office Skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Bilingual with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant disposition with good customer service skills.
- Resourceful and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- An eye for details.
