Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- To analyze technology, product and market trends in Web 3.0, in order to develop investment strategies, spot on forward looking investment themes, and identify opportunities.
- To establish global networks within the industry to generate strong deal pipelines.
- To evaluate potential targets for early, growth and later stage investments, and to develop comprehensive proposals to the investment committee.
- To lead deal structuring and executions, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing.
- To monitor performance of investment portfolios. Create value through in-depth management, active participation and timely exits. Create synergies through bridging portfolio companies with the group’s relevant business units.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above and Strong business sense and strategic thinker.
- Must-haves:

- a) Experience and strong passion in crypto currencies, block chain and Web 3.0.
- b) investment experience with IBD, PE, VC or Crypto Funds. Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models.
- Big Plus:

- Tech and internet sector experience.
- Open to frequent global business traveling.
- Passion to lead, to innovate, and to disrupt. Strong team spirit.
- Work experience requirement : 5-8 Years
