**Work location**: 37 Chin Bee Crescent **(Near Boon Lay / Lakeside MRT station)**

**Working hours**:3:00am-12:00pm **(Overtime as required)**

**Working days**:4days' of work, 1day off cycle **(Inclusive of Weekends & Public Holidays)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Assist in cooking and preparation of sandwiches' fillings according to standardized recipes.
- Cooking of ingredients - ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processes.
- Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following the portion guidelines and presentation standards.
- Package finished sandwiches according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing before delivery to outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and work surfaces before, during and after use.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- **SINGAPOREANS ONLY**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen / food production environment will be preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended period of time, lift moderate weight (up to 20kg) and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
- Able to work 3:00am shift, following the 4days' of work, 1day off cycle.
