- Work with the UX/UI Designers to deliver attractive user interfaces across a range of platforms and brands
- Assist the team in the design, development and implementation of our product components across multiple brands, identifying closely with associated UI design frameworks/kits and brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques
- Maintain UI design kits and visual assets library across platforms and brands, paying close attention to detail and ensuring consistency.
- Work with the E-Commerce Lead, Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers and UX/UI Designers to assess the impact of any UI changes/improvements
- Work with the UX/UI designers to ensure any UI design changes help to compliment the overall user experience and journey
- Design visual assets for day-to-day site content and digital marketing assets such as EDMs, campaign banners etc. when needed
- The ability to justify design decisions and the confidence to back them with data and insights.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in an agency or e-commerce environment
- Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch
- Basic knowledge and skills in HTML
- Digital imaging or photography skills are a bonus
- User Experience competencies are also a bonus
- 100% process-focused and driven
- An understanding of online retail and e-commerce marketing trends within the digital space
- Strong desire to learn and attention to details
- A positive attitude, a can-do approach and a team player
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on new projects as they appear
- Understanding the music industry brands and products is a big plus
