Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors/clients.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently
- Have some experience in handling Accounts receivables/General Ledger/Others
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel).
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates

Other Information:

- Job location: Trio Mall (Near Farrer Park MRT)
- Part time: 4 hours daily (Morning / Afternoon) $12/hr
- Job Type: Part time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
