**Responsibilities**:

- Deeply understand the company’s development strategy, operational performance, and industry trends, continuously refining and enhancing the company’s positioning in the U.S. stock market.
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities with investors and sell-side analysts; effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and positively shape market perception; ensure consistent and efficient communication with the capital markets.
- Develop financial models and presentation materials for the company and its subsidiaries; maintain the investor relations database, regularly updating contact information and meeting records.
- Participate in corporate announcements by working closely with relevant departments to prepare and deliver annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports.
- Participate in secondary offerings, debt-to-equity conversions, and mergers & acquisitions; coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor the secondary market, peer companies, and shareholder structure trends; regularly produce industry and capital market analysis reports, shareholder analysis reports, etc.; track stock price and trading activity, providing timely feedback and suggestions to senior management.Coordinate and participate in the preparation and delivery of internal reports related to capital markets functions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or above in MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
- Over 15 years of relevant experience in capital markets, audit, investment banking (IBD), equity research, or primary/secondary investment; including at least 5 years of in-house corporate experience in finance, risk control, or investor relations. Experience with U.S. or Hong Kong-listed companies is a plus.
- Familiar with U.S. capital market regulations and norms; understand investor psychology and needs; able to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders. Experience dealing with retail investors is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking associates). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate company strategy and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to market changes and investor concerns.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive investor relations initiatives forward.Based in Singapore long term, with willingness to travel frequently.
