INstore is the official bookstore located within the INSEAD campus, offering a curated selection of books, gifts, and exclusive branded merchandise for students, alumni, faculty and visitors.

**Job Scope**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and dependable Sales Associate to join our INstore team. The key responsibilities include:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers. Provide product reccomendations or details, answering

customer's enquiries and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, manage cash and card transactions accurately, and perform

opening and closing of POS.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring that inventory is well maintained.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery, gift wrapping, coordinate with courier services, and

ensure timely dispatch.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and one more language.
- Good communication skills, friendly and proactive attitude.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in operating a POS system.
- Ability to handle deliveries (packing and coordination).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends during peak periods.
