**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with architectural and design teams to creates design concept visualisations in accordance to the context and requirements of projects;
- Conduct research to uncover new methods of visual delivery and communicates data driven insights and recommendations to various stakeholders;
- Visualize new design ideas by executing sketch prototypes and mock-ups for the development of designs;
- Demonstrates stakeholder management skills in partnering internal stakeholders to develop quality creative solutions that meet business objectives and goals;
- Possesses strong mastery in either hand-drawing, prototyping of physical prototypes, storyboarding, two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) modelling and rendering, hardware tinkering, or videography and animation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture or graphics, media or web design, or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Lumion and SketchUp;
- Proficiency in other 3D software (3D Max/Rhino/Vray/3D Max/Corona/UE4), Photoshop and/or AutoCAD is a plus
