RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Program Planning & Development**
- a. Develop and implement program strategies aligned with APARDO’s mission and goals._
- b. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify program needs and opportunities for improvement._
- c. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements._
- **Project Management**
- a. Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets._
- b. Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying and addressing any challenges or obstacles._
- c. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals effectively._
- **Stakeholder Collaborations**
- a. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organizations, donors, and community members._
- b. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and understanding of program objectives and outcomes._
- **Resource Management**
- a. Manage program budgets, allocating resources efficiently and responsibly._
- b. Work with the fundraising team to secure additional funding for program expansion and sustainability._
- **Program Monitoring & Evaluation**
- a. Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of initiatives._
- b. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve program delivery and outcomes._

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven leadership experience in program management within the non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with rare diseases and their families.
- Strong project management skills with track record of successful program implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Experience in strategic planning, program development, and fundraising.
- Familiarity with cultural and socio-economic diversity of the Asia Pacific region.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Non-profit Management, Public Administration, Social Work)

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
