**Qualifications**:

- PhD degree in Computer Science.
- Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms, with high self-motivation and excellent problem-solving ability.
- At least 3 first-author publications in top-tier conferences related to database or data mining, such as SIGMOD, VLDB, and KDD.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial R&D, particularly in deploying algorithms on online platforms handling massive data.
