**YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring executioner to develop within a VC-backed e-commerce aggregator that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As an **Operations Intern, **you will work closely with the founding team and be in the driver's seat when it comes to helping our portfolio companies scale to become regional and global brand champions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key internal and external partners (e.g., Brand Managers, Sellers, Suppliers) to execute critical business decisions and accelerate growth.
- Participate in the integration of new brands into the Una Brands’ operating model.
- Conduct extensive due diligence of potential brands and assist Una-Brands’ co-founders in their investment decisions.
- Support in day-to-day operations of the 20+ brands within Una-Brands’ growing portfolio such as tracking, updating, and analysing of management dashboard and inventory status report.
- Drive and implement strategic projects across various brands’ operations to realise efficiency and cost savings.
- Shape the Operations team’s best practices to streamline internal processes and workflows.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a Bachelors (or masters) degree or are currently pursuing one in a relevant field at a top university and have a very good academic record.
- You are a creative problem solver who also thinks critically.
- You possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively across cultures and borders.
- You are fluent in English; any other Asian language is a plus.
- You thrive in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and wants to help us turn Una Brands into the next global consumer goods giant.
