Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
- Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads and enquiries
- Provide educational advice and guidance to potential students
- Maintain an updated & presentable sales kit for assigned programmes
- Provide weekly lead and recruitment updates
- Achieve individual & department monthly sales target
- Conduct regular scan and report on competitors, industry/sectoral trends and government initiatives
- Provide timely feedback and suggestions on the school’s marketing campaigns

Student Outreach & Support
- Build and maintain a good relationship with new/current students
- Support local and overseas sales/marketing efforts by participating in activities such as seminars, visits and educational fairs
- Work with the marketing team to develop and enhance the school’s marketing strategy and outcomes

Agent Management
- Provide administrative support for the management of external recruitment agents (agent contracts, performance & renewal reports, documentation of communication and commission claims)

Others
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the HOD

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Self-motivated and result-driven individual with a passion for education
- Project professional image with strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Service-oriented and flexible, able to engage with a range of prospective customers from diverse backgrounds
- Enjoy meeting people and working in a fast-paced working environment
- Willingness to work in shifts between 9.30am - 8.00pm and weekends when required.
- Willingness to work extra mile during peak period
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
