Business Development & Sales Executive Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education landscape in Singapore, as well as knowledge of other target markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies for target markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and overseas education agents, ensuring alignment with our recruitment objectives.
  • Conduct school tours, engage prospective students, parents, and partners, and provide post-tour follow-ups to drive enrollment.
  • Promote our institution at education fairs, roadshows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Evaluate agent performance using our Agent Management System to ensure productivity and quality recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape in Singapore, knowledge of other target markets an asset.
  • Experience working with international student recruitment agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Japanese or Thai required.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment activities and willingness to work independently.
