Recruit students from India and managing student recruitment activities in Singapore and India to attract qualified applicants to MDIS. Ensuring high level of conversion and delivery of recruitment targets for MDIS.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Major Responsibilities)
Represent institute and manage Student Recruitment team participation at international student recruitment-based events.
- Lead student recruitment and marketing campaigns to build awareness and engagement. Convert international student recruitment leads into enrolments, achieving student recruitment targets.
- Main tasks and duties
- Responsible for identifying and developing potential collaboration opportunities for MDIS in the India market.
- Liaise and work closely with the Head of Schools for targeted programme marketing and selling. Propose, align, and implement with group MarCom department on localized or digital campaigns, recruitment drives, and marketing events.
- Establish, develop, and nurture strong partnerships with student recruitment agencies, institutions, and key accounts and agents to build pipelines for international student recruitment.
- Implement and oversee student recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
- Analyse and report the effectiveness of student recruitment and marketing strategies in monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Work closely with student admissions and various departments across the institute to ensure a seamless connection with prospective students, alumni, and partners.
- Ensure the effective organization of workshops, and/or campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications to parents and students of new Initiative programs in relation to results, operational changes, deadlines, and other administrative communications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for statutory authorities such as Edutrust/CPE, and any other authorities related to international student recruitment and enrolment activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- This job requires the following knowledge and skills.
- Preferably a recognized bachelor’s degree in marketing & Management/International Business or related field.
- Established track record in sales and personnel management.
- Prior experience in student recruitment for India.
- At least 3 years of working experience in private education, international schools or training centers with strong knowledge and understanding of student recruitment and market.
- Lead, facilitate and implement branding initiatives and cross channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, mature, proactive, and self-motivated.
