Key Responsibilities:

- Handling all the administrative duties that include renewal of insurance policies, vehicles management, pantry, office and stationery matters, liaise with out-source IT on IT matters;
- Maintain petty cash claims for both directors and staff on a timely basis;
- Update cash book on daily basis;
- Assist in all paper filing, simple accounting entries into system;
- Handling all travelling matters for the directors;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in data entry for at least 2 years;
- Experience in handling administrative works for at least 2 years;
- Proficient in Microsoft office;
- 5 days work week;
- Working area: East side.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
