**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable;
- Check sales and purchases invoices with supporting documents;
- Ensure all invoices are updated in the system correctly and timely;
- Data entry of AR and AP invoices to Xero;
- Proper and updated filing of all sales invoices and supplier's payment.
- Perform monthly reconciliations;
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentations for audit;
- Handle the banking of cheques into company bank accounts in accordance with company’s working instruction;
- Petty cash reimbursement for staff expenses;
- Other ad-hoc accounting / general admin duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in administration / accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Xero Accounting Software
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently
- 5 day week
