We are currently looking for a **Senior Utilities Engineer **to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

**What we’re looking for:
- **Must have worked on GMP plant**:

- Manage utility systems (cooling, boilers, chillers, etc.) for smooth operation and reliability.
- Lead maintenance activities and SAP-based programs.
- Ensure automation systems (Process Control, BMS, etc.) operate reliably.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and CAPA processes.
- Ensure optimal operation of HVAC and clean room systems.
- Manage maintenance, CAPA, and system qualification.
- Oversee engineering and CAPEX projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with external contractors and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise building and facility maintenance with external service providers.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Manage validation of new and existing equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with QA on validation and qualification activities.
- Oversee CAPA management and track key performance metrics.
- Provide training and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement condition monitoring to improve equipment reliability and reduce failures.
- Ensure the maintenance and availability of electrical and mechanical systems.
