We are seeking a dynamic team of Marketeers who want to revolutionise the world with the greenest hair care brand in the world.

This talent will report to the Marketing Communications Manager and will be responsible for planning and executing the Marketing calendar of activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of all campaigns online and in store, product launches, and projects.

**Objectives of this Role**

Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns and promotions for brands, including ATL, BTL, on social media platforms etc.
- Manage the timeline for campaigns and new launches and follow-through with high accuracy within Marketing budgets.
- Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key learning for business growth and decision-making.
- Liaise, align, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Prepare sales sell-in kit and product deck for new launches
- Upkeep marketing data, categories’ assets, and materials
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Seek collaborations with KOLs or relevant parties to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor the increase in traffic by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
- Work with Graphic designers, Photographers and Videographers to shoot content and oversee completion.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- Extremely Strong written and verbal skills in English
- Experienced leader and collaborator
- Able to multitask and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to follow through on tasks on hand and deliver tasks on time
- Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Meticulous and have an eye for details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
