**Job Description**:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Toa Payoh studio. This part-time position involves working 4 days a week from our studio, for 5 hours each day, with the flexibility to work additional hours from home if required. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our studio and company.
Start Date: Flexible
**Salary**: $1400/month
Working Hours: 140 hours/month
Location: Toa Payoh
Key Responsibilities:
Open or close the studio as needed
Manage the studio desk and handle daily administrative duties
Assist in creating and maintaining schedules
Perform filing and data entry tasks for membership records
Handle requests and feedback from members
Support sales activities and other company requirements
Provide general administrative support as needed
Assist in organizing and managing workshops
**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other office software
