**Job Descriptions of This Role**
ib vogt Singapore Pte Ltd is the regional hub for all legal entities across APAC and holding company of the Berlin based ib vogt GmbH. While the business of ib vogt grows in APAC and the regional hub becomes more and more independent, a Liaison Manager becomes inevitable. The Liaison Manager is responsible for the facilitation of important communications between the Group Board in Berlin HQ and the APAC region managed through ib vogt Singapore Pte Ltd.

**The scope of duties and responsibilities of this role include the following but not limited to**:

- Act as a point of contact (POC) for Board level in headquarter Berlin for APAC region.
- Communicate and report to Board level in headquarter Berlin on areas of operations in APAC region.
- Research and write reports and other correspondence to facilitate communication for the Board level.
- Assist with board briefings and reporting.
- Minutes taking during board meeting.
- Prepare communication and meeting materials and slides.
- Acting on behalf of the Board level in Berlin HQ to build and foster positive relationships with different stakeholders in the APAC region.
- Collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders across APAC.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by line manager and or management of the company.
- Gatekeeper for investment commitment approvals.
- Streamlining of processes between Berlin HQ and APAC region
- Communicating upcoming transactions and work packages to Berlin HQ.
**Requirements of This Role**:

- Relevant work for PV developer in Germany in a position reporting to board or C-suite (mandatory).
- Fluent in both German and English (mandatory).
- Work experience in Germany and exposure to the work culture in the country (mandatory).
- Engineering Background or relevant experience in PV technology to understand typical high level PV project related issues (mandatory).
- Willingness to adjust to time-zone differences.
- Min. 1.5 years of work experience in Board Level communication, briefings, reporting (mandatory).
- Work experience in multinational company with international exposure (preferred).
- Experience in coordinating teams over borders with different cultures and languages (preferred).
- Experience in remote management of teams based in both Singapore and Germany (mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail oriented; meticulous.
- Solution oriented; resulted focus.
