Singapore COMPLETE SOLUTION FINDER PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

**Job Description**:

- work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and help define sales strategy
- Be the trusted advisor to provide technology consulting to prospects, partners and internal team
- Create documents like RFPs, Tenders or calculations, etc. in close cooperation with our sales experts
- Gather bid/user requirement from RFP documentation, tender specification; compile required contents to meet the project/tender requirement submission
- Ability to lead and conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to assist sales in closing deals
- Provide technical information and supervision to our partners and clients
- Own knowledge transfer process after sales closure to project management team to ensure consistency
- Work closely with the vendor to understand new features of our products and solutions and provide valuable insights to the development team based on the ground feedback
- To troubleshoot the potential issues faced by end-users/partners when deploying our products and solutions

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent
- Min 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Network and CyberSecurity

Working knowledge to the following skill sets are preferred
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance and Data privacy
- Endpoint Security, Security Training & Awareness
