The Program Intern's role would focus on working with the Program Manager with the ultimate goal of delivering successful programmes and initiatives.

While some relevant experience is preferred, it is not required.

**About the role**.**

The role of the Program Intern include supporting the accelerator program end-to-end and has many aspects. Not all can be listed, but to give a rough idea of the role, here are some of the things that you will do:
Work with the Program Manager to plan and execute on events and activities

Assist in market research activities and unearth insights that can be turned into strategic direction and action

Monitor, identify and implement best practices, new tools and methods

Assist to deliver the best possible experience to cohort members

Assist with the sourcing, management and relationship building

Source for seed stage startups and strategic partners

Assist in improving operational efficiency

Able to build relationships with partners and represent IVA in the ecosystem

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
