**Job Summary**:
We are hiring an associate between 1 - 2 years PQE who has experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with a Senior Counsel and his team
- Assisting in case preparation, legal research and drafting of documents
- Attending client meetings and Court proceedings
- Contributing to case strategy and providing legal advice as necessary
- Corresponding with clients, court and other counsel on case matters

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Singapore-qualified lawyer between 1 to 2 PQE
- Strong academic credentials and legal knowledge
- Skilled in analysis, research and writing
- An appreciation for practical / commercial considerations outside of the law
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well both in a team and independently
- Possesses initiative, drive and is proactive in work
