**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Part of the management team to provide technology vision and leadership
- Responsible for the company’s overall research and development strategy and execution
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on technical agenda
- Implement technology strategy and structure to achieve company's objectives
- Evaluate and keep abreast of technology trends to continuously retain competitive edge
- Develop and implement technical standards and development processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to technological requirements
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Collaborating with sales and marketing as needed to drive new customer acquisition, including sales contract responses and technology enquiries.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least Bachelor's degree in computer science, communication, and related majors.
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent strategic thinking
- Good problem-solving aptitude
- Able to do system integration through use of API/ SDK.
- Able to configure / manage and support Servers, MSQL, Network Communication devices.
